Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. During holiday season, please allow 10-18 business days for processing and shipping. If there are ever any changes or delays, we will keep you updated.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please double check your entered email address at checkout. If you enter the incorrect email then your confirmation emails and all other emails will bounce and you will not receive important information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim.
